Tidewater Surveying (TSurv) is searching for a Crew Chief or Instrument operator ready to make a change.

      General Responsibilities:

• Accurately calculate and record field data

• Reviews job specifications and plans field work methods and costs

• Operate survey instruments, manual and power tools to obtain data

• Locate and identify property corners

• Stake and measures control points

• Prepare and maintain inventory of equipment and materials

     

      Required Education/Licenses:

• HS Graduate or GED

• Drivers license is required (Good driving record)

     

       Required Experience:

• 5+ years extensive field and survey experience in boundary, topographic and construction surveying

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients

       

       Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting/carrying a minimum of 25 lbs. and up to 50 lbs.

• Driving to and from various project sites.

• ALTA/NSPS

• Topographic

• Boundary

• Elevation Certificates

• Construction Layout
