In 1997, Rob began his surveying career with a small, family-owned business in Hampton Roads. Over the years, surveying became more than a career—it became his profession and passion. In October 2013, Rob earned his Professional Land Surveyor license through the Virginia State Board.

After 26 years with the same company, Rob decided it was time to build something of his own. Drawing on decades of field experience, client relationships, crew management and business operations, he founded Tidewater Surveying, LLC in 2023—fulfilling a long-time goal.

Today, Tidewater Surveying combines decades of local surveying experience with modern technology and a commitment to accuracy, reliability and responsive service throughout Hampton Roads.

We appreciate the opportunity to earn your trust and provide the dependable, professional surveying service your project deserves.
